I purchased a Tempur Pedicure mattress protector and I am so satisfied with the comfort and the pure luxury feel it provides! It is definitely the best mattress protector I have ever slept on! I didn't think it would make much of a difference in my sleep, but to my surprise, it far surpassed my expectations! I absolutely love it! Thank you, Tempur-pedic!

Ordered at the advice of the mattress retailer where we purchased a Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt CA-King Hybrid mattress. The retailer did not have stock so we ordered direct from Tempur-pedic online. The protector description says "a secure fit for mattresses 8-16" high. It seemed fine when we put it on the bed After a few nights, the mattress protector shifted and bunched, creating very uncomfortable ridges. Note that the material of this mattress model is very smooth, almost satin-like, feeling. After 6 months of fighting to get the protector tucked as far as possible under the mattress, I contacted Tempur-Pedic directly. They confirmed my mattress measures 12" depth. In spite of the fit claim in the product description, I am told that it is my problem to solve: Customer service (both via chat and phone) says I need to buy after-market straps or other items to secure the pad under the mattress. A very disappointing outcome from a company that boasts customer service. Two-stars because it would be a fine product - if it fit the mattresses it was made for.

Upon first purchasing our tempur pedic mattress, we used our regular mattress pad. Big mistake! It was tight and did not allow the mattress to curve to our bodies like we wanted. Now that I have the tempur pedic mattress cover, the benefits of the mattress have come to fruition. A must have!

I like this protector in that it fits snuggly and stays put with the extra large elastic straps on the corners. Plus it's waterproof yet doesn't make noise as you move. I'd buy again.

I purchased this mattress pad as an extra layer of protection for my new Tempurpedic Adapt Luxe King size mattress. This mattress protector does not stay on the mattress well at all. It is loose and baggy and the corners pop off every night. Total waste of money, I will be looking for something different.

I'm surprised this product is as highly reviewed as it is. I found it to be loose and ill-fitting, and it's on a Tempurpedic mattress! It doesn't even fit the mattress it's made for well. Bunches up and wrinkles nightly, and leads to a lot of extra bed-making in the morning to keep it comfortable. would not recommend.

The back of this pad is peeling, and the warranty doesn't apply because I already ordered a new set. Will not be doing business with Tempur-pedic again. I've had Tempur-pedic for over 20 years but will be switching when I need a new mattress. I had mattress issues in 2023 and it took forever to get mattress replaced. They did replace the frame. I shouldn't have to argue to get a warranty processed. My bad that I didn't the mattress pad had a 10 year warranty and ordered a new pad. pad is not returnable even though its hasn't been opened.

I love my TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress and have been satisfied with the sheets and pillow cases I've purchased in the past, so when I needed a new mattress pad I turned to TEMPUR-PEDIC once more thinking it would have been made to fit the mattress, but it doesn't fit properly in any dimension. I have to waste time every morning tugging and tucking in order to make the bed look neat just to do it all over again the next day. I am so disappointed that if it was possible to give it zero stars I'd do that.

This is a fairly expensive mattress cover and I was pretty disappointed in how loosely it fit the mattress. I'm pretty fussy about my sheets. I can't stand it when things get wrinkled up under me and that's exactly what happens with this cover. I buy all my bedding from tempur-pedic as I want the best fit and I love the straps that come on the sheets. However, this mattress cover is very loose, doesn't have those straps and can bunch up on you. (And yes, I've tried multiple ways and know that it's not me putting it on the wrong way). Even more upsetting is that it is nonrefundable.

Sometimes mattress protectors can be a problem when washing as the spin cycle and the plastic lining prevent adequate water extraction and you have to fiddle with the protectors because they will still be absolutely saturated. These I'm happy to report are super easy to clean and don't block the water during the spin cycle extraction. Highly recommend this product!

If you are going to spend the money on such a high quality mattress/foundation, why would you not spend the money on a high quality product to protect it for years to come? This is our second TempurPedic mattress/foundation. We bought the mattress protector for the first one too and it held up beautifully and is still in use.

We actually bought two Tempur-Pedic mattresses at the same time. We were moving from our home where we lived 40 years and bought one for our own bed (this was our second Tempur-Pedic mattress as I have back issues) and one for our guest room. The first time my daughter and her husband came to stay and help us with the move, I didn't mention thaat we bought a new mattress for the guest room. She went up to bed and came down about 10 minutes later and asked if I bought a pillow-top or something. She was totally surprised when I told her it was a new Tempur-Pedic.

I owned a Tempur Pedic mattress years ago, but I purchased 3 mattresses since then, and now I'm back because I was experiencing hip pain from my last mattress, and I knew that I didn't have that problem when I last owned one of your mattresses which caused me to get the mattress from you all which ended the pain which my other mattress was causing. After owning Tempurpedic mattresses for decades, I decided to give the Tempur-Protect Mattress Protector a try. Big mistake. The Protector did not stay put, and every morning I needed to re-fit it and smooth out the lumps. (To answer a question some might have, I am a very quiet sleeper and move very little.) I realize it cannot be returned; pricey lesson learned.

This topper does not stay lined with the bed. We can't go more than two nights without the protector slipping from the top.
Perhaps the topper can be made with more durable straps to keep in place as it's supposed to. I would love to exchange it for a new one if that is possible. We have the right product but it will not stay in place like it should.
We also have a Tempur Pedic Cal Mattress and box springs so we love everything else but this topper is not worth the money.

Use a waterproof mattress protector because - dogs. Hard to find one that isn't plastic-y and loud. Had a thick, quilted one but cleaners accidentally fried it. So we got this - wow. Perfect fit, flat, quiet, thin; you feel in contact with the mattress - it reminded me why I fell in love with a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the first place!! Why did I think it needed that thick protector? I wish I had used a Tempur-Pedic cover to begin with. This is perfect, really.

Con: My queen size tempurpedic mattress protector does not fit my queen pro-adapt tempurpedic mattress properly. It is too big for my mattress and gets huge wrinkles and bunches of the fabric especially as you lay on it. It is a chore to try to spread out these huge wrinkles and bunches every morning to make the bed. I tuck the excess material of the mattress pad under the mattress and pull the corners of the mattress pad and the bottom sheet to try to smooth out the pad and sheet. I would think Tempurpedic's mattress pad would fit their own mattresses properly but it does not.
Pro: The mattress pad itself has a nice feel and is comfortable except for the bunching of the fabric.

This is a terrible mattress protector, particularly for the price. I have a King on an Ergo base and the mattress protector that came with the bed kept slipping off. I was assured the tempurpedic brand mattress protector would perform better. I like to utilize the ergo base and am commonly switching between zero G and flat - the top of the cover slips off the mattress 5-7 times a week. It drives me insane and I wouldn't expect such a poor design from this company. Do not spend the money on this.

I ordered the mattress protection because my new Tempur-Pedic is an adapt medium hybrid king size. The mattress protector is too big and slides around, therefore making the sheets bunch up and slide. Very disappointing.
