So I'll start by saying this mattress is very good quality. I know it says it's a soft mattress but it is a lot firmer than I think soft should be but that's just a personal preference. I'm a side sleeper so my hips tend to hurt after I wake up because I don't move very much in my sleep. So far this mattress has eliminated my hips hurting so I'm pleased about that. It also keeps me cool at night. I have night sweats fairly often so this has helped a bunch with keeping me cooler. I also love that it has a higher profile and it's not so thin. One of the best quality mattresses I've ever had. Highly recommend.

I received the Sealy Posturepedic Plus Spring Ultra Firm, Queen - Paterson II for free in exchange for my honest review. Previously I used a Dreamcloud Premier Rest hybrid mattress which I swapped out to test this Sealy mattress.
I like a firm mattress and Sealy delivered. I've been sleeping on it for about 3 weeks now and there has not been any change to the firmness level. I'd say the Sealy and Dreamcloud mattressess are comparable in craftsmanship and durability so far, but again I've only used the Sealy mattress for 3 weeks. The Sealy mattress has coils contained in the mattress to help relieve pressure points and the coils do an excellent job of keeping your spine aligned. It also has duraflex coils along the edge of the mattress to help with the normal wear and tear to the edges specifically. The mattress itself sleeps cool which is nice because I sleep hot most of the time! I'm using an adjustable base and the mattress has no issues conforming to the different positions even though it is 13 inches thick. Overall this is a solid mattress that I would recommend to my friends and family.

We've been testing driving this mattress for about 2 weeks now. I'm happy with the mattress. I slept well and didn't wake up with any back pain…a huge plus.
The support is great. No sinking like my other non-mentionable foam mattress. It was also beneficial for non-sleeping activities like watching tv, reading, and pillow fights with a 4-year old. My partner wasn't disturbed by any noise or movement when I got up.
It's thicker than I expected, but that hasn't been an issue but may affect your bed frame choice. I appreciate the vertical handles, which make it much easier to move.
If you're a fan of a firm mattress it's worth a visit to a showroom for a test drive.

I absolutely loved this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and usually go for a medium-firm and this one was just perfect for me. Right amount of firmness but still very comfy. I also noticed it absorbed movement better as I didn't really wake up when my partner moved during the night. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend this.

Compared to other gel memory foam mattresses I've used in the past, this is definitely the showstopper. It's very hard for me to find a good "in between" mattress that's not too hard or soft. This one hit the balance I'm looking for really well. The foam is high-quality and I can definitely feel a positive difference in my back. Bonus points for the mattress being very easy to move because of the durable handles sewn into the mattress. 10/10 would buy again, and recommending it to the difficult sleepers in my life.

I'm one of those types of sleepers that needs their sleeping conditions just right to get a good night's rest. The right pillow, blanket, two fans, freezing cold… but most importantly a good mattress. We had been sleeping on our previous mattress for over 10 years and it was time for it to go. I had tried and returned a few before this one and this one really was the sweet spot for me. I have a few different back problems but this mattress really alleviates those aches and pains that can come from other mattresses I have tried. I love how soft and plush it is while at the same time it is just the right amount of support. It is nice and thick and fits well on the platform frame that I purchased. It didn't have that awful off-gassing smell that a lot of mattresses can have, which I was thankful for. This works great for both myself as a 140 lbs woman and for my husband that weighs about 205 and also has back problems. Overall, I am super happy with it and absolutely recommend it!

This mattress provides great support for my body especially my back. It is very comfortable to sleep on. The top feels like you are on a cloud with a medium firm. The mattress itself is breathable and feels cool on the body. It comes with handles on the sides which makes it easy to transport or move around. I am just in love with it. It is the perfect material and mattress for me.

Upon receiving this mattress I had been struggling with a medium queen size memory foam mattress for longer than I probably should have. My husband and I had been experiencing so much pain from sleeping on a mattress without any bounce and not enough softness. Going back to a coil mattress was great because it helps you roll out of bed easier. The weeks since receiving this new mattress have been progressively less painful as time as gone on. I haven't heard my husband complain about his shoulder as much and my back has been better as well.
This mattress isn't perfect though. I don't feel like this has an amazing super cushy pillow top that I would want. I definitely was hoping this would be softer and that I would sink into it more. I also think this is just too thick. My last mattress was just as thick as this one and finding sheets that don't pop off the edges is quite difficult, so I do think a few inches thinner would be better.
Overall, I like this mattress. Do I think it is perfect for our needs? No, but do I think it's a step in the right direction? Yes.

After sleeping on this mattress for two weeks, I can confidently say that it's one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on--like sleeping on a cloud! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it's unusually thick and doesn't work well with my current, standard height bed frame, so I'm probably going to have to get a new bed frame that's lower to the ground to accommodate this doubly-thick (and doubly comfortable) mattress. Overall, though, I think the tradeoff is worth it!

This queen Sealy Posturpedic mattress is so incredibly comfortable. My daughter has had such good sleep on this mattress. It has great support for your back. It is durable but easy to move around on. This is a good quality mattress. It is hard to find the right mattress, but this one is perfect for any age or any size. I am very satisfied with this Sealy mattress and highly recommend it.

I have been getting the best sleep since we switched to this mattress. The plushness is soft enough that I can sleep on my side without getting hip pain and I don't toss and turn as much. My husband is a back sleeper and said it's firm enough that he doesn't have any pain and is able to get sound sleep on it.

We have enjoyed the mattress but it is a much firmer mattress than we expected. It is labeled as a medium but it is very much a firm mattress. But we're getting used to it and enjoy it.

This mattress eliminated my back and body pain. I typically prefer a firm mattress when I sleep at night however some feel like concrete wrapped in a foam sheet. This mattress had the integrity of a firm mattress but also was crafted within the limits of not constantly being on pressure points when I laid down. It's as if its spring construction along with the firmness of the mattress was the perfect balance. I wake up well rested, not having to compromise quality of sleep with quality of comfort!

I have multiple sclerosis and am in constant pain. I had a memory foam mattress before and I would always sink into it, and it offered little support which left me tossing and turning all night. Switching back to a mattress with springs was the best decision for me! It gives me so much support and I finally feel comfortable. I'm so glad I made the switch. I will never go back to a foam mattress.

I received this mattress as a product tester and did not pay for it. I have used it for two weeks now, and after an adjustment period I would say that I like it a lot. My previous mattress was very soft, made totally of memory foam. This mattress is a combination of springs, gel, and foam, so it took a little getting used to. It seems very sturdy and well made. The stitching and quilting feels high quality, and it feels like it was made with expensive materials. It is also relatively lightweight for a queen mattress. The only downside I would report is that it is much firmer than I expected for a "medium firmness" mattress. Definitely recommend trying it out before committing to make sure it's a level that you like. Additionally, I recommend getting a thicker pillow with it, because for some reason now since switching my pillow doesn't seem thick enough for good support. That being said, it is an excellent quality mattress and if you like firmer mattresses you will probably love it. I now love it since getting used to it.

First of all the mattress is very nice in appearance, it's a medium firmness which is perfect, it has enough support so that it's easy for me to get in and out of bed. I would describe it as motionless, extremely comfortable if you sleep with somebody else in the bed, you will not disturb each other and you will both get a beautiful night sleep.
